A feeling that when you do have a bowel movement, you don’t get everything out for more than 1 out of every 4 bowel movements
You feel like your back passage may actually be blocked in more than 1 out of every 4 bowel movements
You need to manually remove some of the poo yourself in more than 1 out of every 4 bowel movements
You have fewer than three bowel movements per week
